With over 15 years of combined experience across its directorate in engineering, construction, and project management, OSHRAH offers a wide range of services to clients including:

Raheem Howe, BEng

Managing Director

Raheem holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering which he obtained in 2017 from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and a certificate in project management from the Mona School of Business.

Oshane Clarke, PEng

Director

A Professional Civil Engineer who has demonstrated project management, engineering skills, critical thinking abilities, and attentiveness to details so far throughout his 7 years of working experience.
